Assalamualaikum and hi everyone,
Today, I have a lil bit different kind of blog post. As you guys know I usually post about beauty and travel stuff, but recently a lot had happen in my life that make me over stressed. Things have not yet become better but I want to think it that way and work it towards positivity. So, I’ve decided to share few things on what that I do to handle my stress or bad days.
#1 Turn off all the social media platforms.
Stop comparing your life with others. Appreciate what you have and be grateful even its not as good as other people.
#2 Watch funny movies or clips.
Keep your attention somewhere else. Lighten up your mood with laugh and smile.
#3 Organize your surrounding.
To make you feel that you have a control over your life. Things happen so its up to you on how you want to handle them.
#4 Jot down your feelings.
Just feel the feeling that moment so that you can let it go. Write down everything about what you feel; sad or mad like you are telling somebody. Don’t keep it in you. Let out the toxic.
#5 Be outside. Keep moving.
After you did all the above, its time to go out and breath some fresh air. See that the world has bigger picture. God has promised that there is a solution to every problem. You just have to work for it. Look at different angle and see from different perspective. It may not as big as you think it is.
